Liz Promen joined the FROGS Board 11 years ago when she retired from the Fairfax County Public Library.  She discovered Green Spring Gardens when she worked as Branch Manager at the Woodrow Wilson Library and enjoyed the peace of the park set in such a busy area of the county. She chairs the FROGS library committee which includes the used book sale and has helped with bake sales and various fund raisers.
