Jeff Zinn is a new board member but long-time volunteer in the Green Spring vegetable garden. His gardening experience revolves around assisting his wife, Johanna, an avid begonia grower and also a volunteer at Green Spring. He had a long career in the Congressional Research Service in the Library of Congress, where he assisted members of Congress, their staffs, and congressional committees on natural resource and environmental topics. A geographer by training, he enjoys travel, hiking, biking, and, of course, gardening.
