FROGS Book Groups Welcome New Members

The FROGS book groups are open to all FROGS and welcome new members. We meet every other month, which gives members plenty of time to read. Members choose the books and take turns leading the discussion. The themes are broad—horticulture, natural history, science, history, and environmental issues. For example, recent selections include the following—Seeds of Hope by Jane Goodall, All the Presidents’ Gardens by Mary McDowell, Wild Honey Bees by Ingo Amdt, and The Nature of Oaks by Doug Tallamy. One group meets on the 2nd Tuesday and the other on the 4th Tuesday, both at 1:00 PM in the Green Spring library. If you are interested, please contact Susan Voss at
